ZTE has announced the new Grand X LTE for Asia Pacific and Europe and is the is the first single-chip LTE handset in the world. The ZTE Grand X LTE features a dual core 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM 8960 processor, 8 MP rear camera, capture HD video in 1080p,  facing camera for 720p video calls, 1,900 mAh battery and runs on Android 4.0 ICS.

“We are the first company to use the single-chip solution in a handset,” said Mr. He Shiyou, Executive Vice President, and Head of the Terminal Handset Division, ZTE. “The Grand series products are our high-end flagship offerings this year. ZTE aims to enhance its profile in the high-end market with the Grand series of smart terminals.”

Not all tech specifications are know at the moment, will get know in time to come. The phone will arriving  Europe and Asia Pacific in the third quarter of 2012.
