Tired of waiting on call to connect to your customer care? Wait no longer as Vodafone India now lets its users to chat with customer care online. Vodafone’s latest service called ‘Happy to Help through Live Chat’ allows you to connect to customer care executive with who you can chat and solve your problem.
To check out this new service, go to Vodafone India support page where you can see Happy to Help section in the right panel. Enter your name and mobile number and there you go, you will be connected to Vodafone customer care executive. Unfortunately the service is currently available for Vodafone customers in Delhi & NCR, Gujarat and Mumbai, and can be used between 9 am and 6 pm from Monday to Saturday.
