Steve Jobs

Most of you might have already heard of popular file storage service named Dropbox. For those who are not aware of this, Dropbox is a cloud storage service that lets you sync files and folders across multiple devices through its software that is available for both desktop and mobile platforms.

Dropbox’s CEO, Drew Houston, has revealed that Apple’s co-founder Steve Jobs wanted to annihilate Dropbox. Jobs had invited Drew Houston for a meeting where he told Houston he was unhappy at the fact that he couldn’t acquire Dropbox. He further added by saying that if he could not have Dropbox then he would create a product that would complete with Dropbox and in turn kill off Dropbox service. Jobs did create a service which provided similar service as that of Dropbox. His product is known as iCloud. However iCloud could not manage to bring down Dropbox.
