Sony has officially launched 3 new Xperia smartphones in India. The smartphone are named Xperia miro, Xperia SL and Xperia J. The Xperia miro is priced at Rs. 15,249, the Xperia SL is priced at Rs. 32,549 and Xperia J is priced at Rs. 18,399.

Some of the major features of these smartphones include:

Xperia Miro:

  • Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS
  • 800MHz processor (MSM7225A chipset) and Adreno 200 GPU
  • 512MB RAM
  • 3.5-inch LED-backlit LCD display with a 320 x 480 pixels resolution
  • 5MP autofocus camera with LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera
  • 4GB of built-in storage, expandability up to 32GB
  • 1,500 mAh battery
  • accelerometer, proximity sensor, and digital compass.

Xperia miro supports 3G (HSDPA, 7.2 Mbps; HSUPA, 5.76 Mbps), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, microUSB, GPS with A-GPS support, 3.5 mm jack and stereo FM radio with RDS.

Xperia SL:

  • Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich OS (upgradable to Jelly Bean)
  • 4.3-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels
  • dual-core 1.7 GHz processor
  • 1GB RAM
  • 12MP camera with an LED flash and  1.3MP front-facing camera

Xperia SL’s 12MP camera has the ability to shoot video in 1080p.
