The Saygus V2 launched in CES 2015 is the smartphone that has large potential to be something exceptionally wonderful.

The company has packed in some mouth watering specifications which even leading tech giants like Apple and Samsung haven’t offered us, as yet.

In terms of design, the Saygus V2 smartphone has magnesium frames and an aluminium rim around the sides. The IPx7 certified smartphone is completely waterproof and can be submerged in up to 1 metre of water for 30 minutes.

The device has a built in storage of 64GB and 2 microSD card slots which can support up to 128GB a slot. That is a whooping 320GB of storage, You can actually claim you can’t run out of storage now! This has clearly not been seen on any smartphone or even tablets, for that matter.

The ‘dream’ phone is powered by a 2.5Ghz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor paired with 3GB RAM and flaunts a 5 inch display with Full HD ‘ArcticLink III’ sunlight-readable screen. It also has front and back light sensors for screen lighting control. For extra protection, the company has added Corning Gorilla Glass 4.

And in camera front, the company has gone completely crazy and packed the Saygus V2 with a 21MP rear camera along with a 13MP front facing camera and shocking enough both of them provide Optical Image Stabilisation. The highlight would be that there is a dedicated camera shutter button.

In terms of connectivity, the Saygus V2 has Dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4G/5G) 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC (Android Beam), Bluetooth 4.0, micro-USB 2.0/3.0, 3.5mm stereo audio and microphone jack.

The smartphone runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS running on a 3100 mAh removable battery which claims to offer a very long lasting talk time and the presence of wireless Qi charging will help improve the battery life. Other features include, a biometric fingerprint side scanner and also has a Harman Kardon sound tech paired with 3D audio.
