Samsung announced in a press release that it will reveal the Galaxy S LTE and Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE at the IFA(Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin) aka “The Berlin Show”.
Samsung fans have been anticipating this and speculations were running high for a long time and now Samsung has made it official. The IFA is one of the oldest industrial exhibition in Germany.The Galaxy S LTE is the latest iteration of the groundbreaking GAlaxy S II,where as The Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE is similar to the Galaxy Tab 8.9 that samsumg unveiled earlier this year at CTIA.
The Galaxy S II LTE tops the original version with a larger 4.5 inch Super AMOLED Plus display, faster dual-core 1.5 GHz processor, higher capacity 1850 mAh battery, support for NFC, and the world’s first LTE / WCDMA / GSM multi-mode radio. We don’t know which processor is inside the Galaxy S II LTE, but the speeds match up with the 1.5 GHz OMAP4460 that Samsung is rumored to be using in the upcoming Nexux 3.
The Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE , as the name suggests,will have a 8.9 inch screen, placing it between the existing galaxy tab 10.1 and the 7.7 inch galaxy tab.It will come with a dual core processor, 3MP main and 2MP front facing camera for video calling, WIFI,1080p HD video playback and android 3.2( Honeycomb).
Both the devices will suppport 4G LTE networks and prices will be revealed at the IFA event.
