Samsung has officially launched the pink Galaxy Note in the South Korean market, although according to The Verge the phone is not yet on sale anywhere. Along with the phone you get a matching pink S-Pen and a folding case. Interestingly, the phone is running on Android 4 Ice Cream Sandwich with TouchWiz modifications. The Note still Offers the same 1280 x 800 touchscreen with both finger and digital stylus input – then pen here also being matching pink, with a fetching grey barrel button.
The main problems with the Note was its lack of pocketability, so it’s probably a better fit for bags than jeans, Samsung hopes, the Pink Galaxy Notes extend the appeal to the younger generation, the female customers. The phone is otherwise identical to the black and white versions and hence should sell at the same prices.
