Sony has launched its latest hand held gaming device, PlayStation Vita. Sony Corp shifted 321,400 units of the PlayStation Vita in just two days in Japan. However it didn’t beat its rival Nintendo Co Ltd’s 3DS, which sold 371,000 in its first two days. The real challenge for Sony would be to maintain sales over the next few years.
The Vita will be launched in the United States and Europe in February. The Wi-Fi version will cost $250 and the Wi-Fi/3G model retailing for $300.
