Apple has announced the next-generation MacBook Pro with Retina Display. The new MacBook Pro is updated with new processor, features and has great style. Apple has included the Retina display with working Apple Apps and third-party Apps. The it has got 15.4-inch display, 2,880×1,800 resolution and 220 pixels per inch or 5,184,000 pixels, where Apple says it is the highest-resolution notebook display. The display also features contrast ratios, IPS technology, and 75 percent less glare.
The new MacBook Pro is 0.71 inch thick, designed like MacBook Air with ultra-thin space and weights 4.46 pounds. The MacBook pro hardware features a 2.3 GHz quad-core Core i7 third-gen processor, Nvidia GeForce GT 650M graphics, 8GB 1,600MHz of RAM, 256GB of flash storage and can also support 16GB of RAM, 768GB of flash storage and will be running on Apple Mac OS X Mountain Lion.
Other feature also include SDXC card slot, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, 2 x Thunderbolt ports, an audio headphone port, 802.11n Wi-Fi, BlueTooth 4.0, HDMI, FaceTime HD camera, dual microphones, and stereo speakers.
The Apple MacBook Pro comes in 2 options or prices: $2,199, and $2,799.
The $2,199 will have the standard features like 2.3 GHz quad-core Core i7 processor, 8GB of 1,600MHz RAM, 256GB of flash storage, and Nvidia GeForce GT 650M graphics. and the $2,799 version will have a better performing hardware like 2.6 GHz processor and increases flash storage to 512GB. Apple store is also provides upgrades to both $2,199, and $2,799 versions. The new MacBook Pro starts shipping today.
