NEC has announced a tablet today -LaVie Touch. LaVie Touch runs on Windows 7 Home Premium and is based on Intel’s Oak Trail platform.
Main features include:
- 1.5 GHz Atom Z670 processor
- supported by 2GB of RAM
- measures 263 x 183 x 15.8 mm, it weights 729 grams
- 10.1-inch (1280 x 800) IPS touchscreen
- a 64GB SSD
Other features include integrated graphics, an SDHC card slot, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, two USB 2.0 ports, a HDMI output, and a battery enabling up to 10.6 hours of operation.
The LaVie Touch will arrive in Japan on October 6th.
