HTC Eternity

This is the high end one of the release. To tell you the truth there is nothing new or anything revolutionary in its features or hardware. We in Geektech believe its HTC’s attempt to fill a market void, same goes for the HTC Omega. Without further ado, here are the specs.

  • 4.5 inch LCD display
  • MSM8255 single-core 1.5GHz processor
  • 8 megapixel camera, with autofocus, dual LED flash and 720p movie mode,
  • Front-facing 1.3 megapixel camera
  • 16GB of internal storage
  • DLNA support
  • Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi, GPS
  • 1,650mAh battery
  • Dimensions of 130.6 x 70.6 x 9.9 mm

Many may complain that this one still uses the single core 1Ghz processor while all the latest Android high end devices use dual- core and in a few days quad-core. So all you Mango fans, don’t be disheartened  because  the Mango runs smoothly on 1Ghz, so there is actually no need for Dual- core right now, but if they do decide to implement Dual-core, we won’t complain.

HTC Omega

The HTC Omega looks much like the smaller version of the HTC Flyer. Hence the name Mini Flyer. Here are the specs.

  • 3.8 inch LCD display
  • MSM8255 single-core 1.5GHz processor
  • 512MB of RAM
  • 8 megapixel camera
  • Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi, GPS

There is one common complaint which is shared by many of the  Window’s devices is that they don’t support  external  storage cards, and the internal memory on these devices is pretty low.
