Microsoft and Fujitsu Toshiba Mobile unveil the first Win7 Mango at presser here in Tokyo this morning. Microsoft and a Toshiba-Fujitsu venture have partnered over the IS12T with a 13.2MP camera, 32GB of internal memory, and thin waterproof design for the first Windows Phone Mango handset to be announced.

The handset is dustproof and waterproof as many Japanese smartphones are, plus the 32GB of internal memory. The other specs are more run-of-the-mill – Qualcomm MSM8655 processor, and a 3.7″ display with 480×800 pixels, but the Toshiba-Fujitsu IS12T is quite thin at 0.42″ (10.6mm) and light at just 4 ounces (113g).Continuous standby time is about 280 hours, and continuous call duration is about 400 minutes. It doesn’t correspond to One Seg digital tv and the NFC wallet phone functions. The handset comes in yellow, pink and black.

“People hub” that can do the uniform management such as the where to make contact, E-mails, and SNS is installed by a user interface impressive a tegular icon menu. The Office document not only is inspected but also it is possible to edit it, and data can be kept and be shared through “Windows Live Skydrive” with capacity in about 25G byte.
