A Palestinian hacker managed to publish a Facebook vulnerability on Facebook founder – Mark Zuckerberg’s wall. The vulnerability allows the hacker to post on anyone’s timeline and is not depend on privacy settings on the user. The hacker named Khalil Shreateh has finished his B.A. degree in Information systems.
The vulnerability was initially reported to Facebook, but Facebook security team did not find it as a threat. And hence the hacker was forced to prove this hack. The hacker first targeted Sarah Goodin, who studied in same college with Mark Zuckerberg. He later tried his exploit on Mark Zuckerberg’s account. Soon after this, Facebook disabled the hacker’s account as a precaution.
