The Developers of BlueStacks application have come out with a beta version of the BlueStacks App Player. The BlueStacks App player lets you run ARM Android applications on your WIndows PC. The BlueStack Beta uses LayerCake technology which gives a environment on windows in which ARM Android Apps can be run.

BlueStacks lets you download Android Apps directly from within the software , so there is no need for an Android phone.

Manju Hegde, corporate vice president, Content, Applications and Solutions at AMD, said in BlueStacks’ statement announcing the new beta.
