Microsoft offers Windows 8 upgrade for only Rs 699 in India
Here is some good news for all the windows 7 users in India.Microsoft is offering a Windows 8 Upgrade for just ₹ 699 in India.The time period to avail this offer is starting from June 2, 2012 to January 31, 2013.The offer is available for only those Users who have pre-installed Window 7 operating system in their PCs with original versions of Windows 7 Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional or Ultimate, that include a matching and valid OEM Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
“We’ve seen a great interest in Windows 8, especially given the availability of the Windows 8 Release Preview this week, and yet we know many consumers want a new PC now,” said Tami Reller, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Windows at Microsoft.
Some features of the Windows 8 have been Upgraded and the look of the new windows has been revised completely.
