RIM: Prototypes for New BlackBerry To Be Given To Developers
Time is not far when RIM debuts its new handset as RIM plans to give software developers prototypes for its new BlackBerry smartphone platform in early May.
At BlackBerry Jam conference in Orlando, Florida, around 2,000 of the BlackBerry 10 test models will be given out to developers. Thus giving developers time to develop apps for the new devices. After the launch of Apple’s iPhone and Android software, RIM’s market share has dropped drastically. The new handsets are expected to lift BlackBerry sales.
