Top members for famous hacking group LulzSec got busted this morning. Well, that’s not it. If sources are to be believed, the arrests took place with the help of Anonymous Sabu ( the leader of Anonymous hacking group). As per reports, Sabu has been secretly working for the government for months.

The FBI have arrested five top LulzSec members. The arrests were made based on intelligence handed to police by Hector Xavier Monsegur. Yes that is the real Sabu.

According to a Fox News report, Monsegur had been “secretly arrested” and turned into a “cooperating witness” by the FBI. Sabu is an unemployed, 28-year-old father of two who allegedly commanded a loosely organized, international team of perhaps thousands of hackers from his nerve center in a public housing project on New York’s Lower East Side.

The five charged in the LulzSec conspiracy indictment expected to be unsealed were identified by sources as: Ryan Ackroyd, aka “Kayla” and Jake Davis, aka “Topiary,” both of London; Darren Martyn, aka “pwnsauce” and Donncha O’Cearrbhail, aka “palladium,” both of Ireland; and Jeremy Hammond aka “Anarchaos,” of Chicago.

Here is the latest tweet from Sabu’s account:
