Micromax launches its push mail service “ezmail” with Micromax Q80

After setting its business in mobile phone segments Micromax yesterday announced the launch of its  first push-email phone-Micromax Q80 in India.It has named its push-email service “ezmail” and allows instant access to emails.

The company launched Micromax Q80 phone so that it makes the most of this service.This smartphone is a 3G and Wi–Fi enabled QWERTY phone with an optical track pad. The main feature “ezmail” is a push email service from Micromax that allows the users to receive their mails instantly. it is a dual SIM phone which is designed to run both 3G and 2G enabled SIMs.

The phone has a metal finish packs a 3 MP camera in the front which has  face and smile detection tech in it and a 3MP camera at the back of the phone. The phone has a music player which has an built-in Yamaha amplifier. Q80 has a quite a good front portion with a 2.4″ TFT QVGA screen (320 x 240) with an optical trackpad.It also comes with preloaded  variety of applications like Opera Mini, Snaptu, Facebook, Nimbuzz,Bloomberg UTV, ngpay, Newshunt etc. The phone has stereo speakers, universal 3.5 mm audio jack. The Q80 offers an in-built memory of 68MB which is expandable upto 8 GB with a microSD card. Q80 has a 1200mAh Li-ion Battery with a standby time of up to 130 hours and talk time of upto 5 hours. The Micromax Q80 comes at the retail price of  Rs 4,999.
