Ancient Nazi Space Buddha statue, Sounds something out of the ordinary, science fiction story concept, researchers have recently released information on a carved Buddha brought to Germany from Tibet by the Nazis. It is no ordinary Buddha statue, made from a meteorite believed to have fallen about 10,000 years ago some where near the Siberia-Mongolian border.

The super ancient Buddha is was found in Tibet in 1938 and 1939 by a zoologist and ethnologist Ernst Schäfer, who was on a mission to find the roots of the Aryan race and returned with the Buddha statue to Germany. The Buddha statue is know as “Iron Man” to the scientists and believe it is the Buddhist god Vaisravana also know as god of wealth or war.

The  Iron Man is believed to be carved between 8th and 10th centuries, measures 9.5 inches tall and weights 23 pounds. The “Iron Man” has a Buddhist swastika carved on its chest, the symbol of luck which was also the symbol for the Nazi party.

[box_dark] An online journal Meteoritics & Planetary Science says: “One can speculate whether the swastika symbol on the statue was a potential motivation to displace the ‘Iron Man’ meteorite artifact to Germany.”[/box_dark]

Researcher Elmar Bucher and his team were allowed to take five small samples from the Buddha statue and found of that it was carved out of a rare ataxite meteorite, composed of iron and a high level of nickel. The Chemical analysis closely match the famous Chinga meteorite field along the Siberia and Mongolian border which impacted 10,000 to 20,000 years ago.

[box_dark]”The Iron Man statue is the only known illustration of a human figure to be carved into a meteorite, which means we have nothing to compare it to when assessing value,” Buchner said in a statement. “Its origins alone may value it at $20,000; however, if our estimation of its age is correct and it is nearly a thousand years old it could be invaluable.”[/box_dark]

As Buchner says the statue may be invaluable, it seems that there will be a movie about the Iron Man statue, like “Nazi Buddha from space” or something like that.
