At CES 2012, Acer announced a cloud service for its devices, AcerCloud. AcerCloud will enable easy sharing of documents and photos on Acer devices.

The service is little different from other cloud services as the storage of files in cloud is limited to only 30 days. Those files are ultimately backed up permanently on your PC, not in the cloud.

When you take some photos with your smartphone, AcerCloud automatically puts them in on a service called PicStream, which can then push the photos back to an Acer PC or some other device. The service is available only for Android users as of now. Similarly we have AcerCloud Docs, which automatically uploads your documents to the cloud for access on any other PC or Android device

So what do you think about this service?
